1.The program
The Banco Plata 2x Cashback Program gives active Customers double the standard cashback, paid in crypto (USDT) straight to the Crypto Account linked to the Card. No points, no catalogs, no impossible fine print: real crypto, from day one.
2x cashback = 4% back on every eligible purchase, credited in USDT at the market price on the crediting date. Valid for cards approved before November 1st, 2026.
2.Participation requirements
- Hold an active, verified Crypto Card (KYC approved).
- Have a linked crypto wallet — we accept all of them: MetaMask, Trust Wallet, OKX, Bitget, Bybit, Binance, Coinbase, Ledger, Trezor, Phantom, Tonkeeper, WalletConnect and any other compatible with supported networks.
- Purchases must be settled and not refunded/reversed.
3.How it's credited

4.Limits
- Monthly cashback cap: $10,000 MXN in equivalents per Customer.
- Per-transaction cap: $2,500 MXN cashback.
- No cashback-on-cashback: purchases paid with cashback balance don't earn new cashback.
5.Eligible and excluded purchases
Eligible: groceries, restaurants, transport, digital subscriptions, online stores, travel and virtually every Card purchase.
Excluded: ATM withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, cryptocurrency purchases and refunds.
6.AML compliance (important)
The Customer is solely responsible for AML compliance of the funds interacting with the program. Under regulation, Banco Plata may freeze the cashback balance (and any other balance) and launch a source-of-funds verification upon risk signals. During the review, pending cashback is held; it is released once the requested documentation clears (typically 3–15 business days).
7.Suspension and changes
Banco Plata may adjust rates, caps or program conditions with 30 days' notice in the app. Program abuse (fake purchases, self-purchasing, fraud) cancels participation and may lead to account closure.
